Packaging
Mandagery Creek Australian Farmed Venison is available in a wide range of bone-in and
boneless cuts and in chilled or frozen form.
All cuts are cryovac-packed to meet Australian health standards. Most cryovac packs can be kept fresh in the fridge if unopened for approximately 4-5 weeks (we recommend that mince, diced and medallion venison cuts be frozen if not used within 3 weeks of purchase).
Our quality control programme ensures full traceability from full carcass to meat cuts, ensuring consumer confidence and peace of mind at all times.
